I've attended interviews thrice at Zambia Sugar and I'm concerned about the extent of tribalism at the company. Why should the recruitment staff call people of other tribes when they know they can't employ them? The last time I was there I wasn't even even reimbursed the transport money I had spent. They shoud only call people whose names indicate attachment to their tribe, rather than waste other people's time and energy, because tribalism is their anchor.
